  2. Thank you for this website. I have to feed a senior. I just realized that she really needs about 6 small meals a day instead of the big 3. I'm glad you are a dietician...you are on my google reader. I think this muffin tin stuff will stop a lot of wasted food!

  3. I just purchased your cookbook yesterday and then explored your website. I'm amazed at all the articles you have published!!! Can't wait to try one of your recipes - I love to cook mini portion food. I belong to WW and they have a recipe for 'Stuffin Muffins' - always a fun size to serve.

  5. Love your cookbook "Muffin Tin Chef", I keep finding a listing on various book suppliers for "Muffin Tin Mania: 150 recipes....." also showing a different cover from "Muffin Tin Chef". When I tried to order the second book I got a copy of the first one.

    Does the second book exist, and if so where could I get the real thing?

  7. Found this on ebay under "Muffin Tin Mania", was also showing on Amazon but has since disappeared from there.

    I do want to tell you how very much I am enjoying "Muffin Tin Chef". I hope you do follow it up with a sequel.
