Muffin Tin Chef

Featured Ingredient: Muffin Tin Chef

My first cookbook Muffin Tin Chef has finally hit store shelves. It’s got a bunch of ideas for mains, desserts and breakfast delights not found on this blog. I’m looking to give away a free copy, but you’ll have to earn it. The first hungry person who leaves a comment guessing three of the main ingredients in these Green Monster muffins, gets a copy of the book gratis. One a winner has been crowned, I’ll post the recipe.

The winner has been crowned: Click here for the muffin recipe.

  1. Wow, I took a look inside the cookbook on Amazon.com ... I WANT IT!!

Lemme guess, spinach, bananas and whole wheat pastry flour? Most of the green monsters I make have spinach and bananas in it, and whole grain flour seems to be my next best bet.

    EEK! I hope I win :)

  10. I absolutely love this cookbook. What a great idea. I've made the Turkey parmesan and the granola rounds and I have what I need to make the cottage cheese pesto muffins. Honestly, if you have portion control issues, this is perfect. I even cut the turkey one in half and put a poached egg over top. Yum.
